Kachramanoglou family began dealing with the production of hamndmade
carpets in the beginning of 20th century, in the town of Sparta in M.Asia.In 1922
they redirected their activities in Greece, where they created a carpet factory in Piraeus.
The beautiful handmade creations of the kachramanoglou company dacorate
from then until today many of the most famous Athenian residences, as well as many
government institutions. Today the fourth generation of the family, apart from the direct imports
from all the productive countries (Turkey, Persia, China, India, Pakistan, Egypt, Armenia) continues the tradition,
designing and creating carpets of thin aesthetics and unrivalled quality in factories of Pakistan and India,
maintaining undiminished the initial taste and the artistic sensitivity.

Los Angeles and N.York has given a new even wider possibility in accessing distinguished
collections that create the world fashion in the handmade carpet.
